Dutta is the Dean of Saïd Business School at Oxford university. Previously he was the Professor of Management and founding Dean of Cornell SC Johnson College of Business. Dutta created The Global Innovation Index (GII) in 2007, which is today an annual publication by the World Intellectual Property Organization – WIPO to rank the innovation ecosystem performance of economies around the globe each year while highlighting innovation strengths and weaknesses and particular gaps in innovation metrics. The Index comprises around 80 indicators, including measures on the political environment, education, infrastructure and knowledge creation of each economy to capture as complete a picture of global innovation.
Quelch is the Dean of the University of Miami Herbert Business School and also the University’s vice provost. He previously served as the dean and senior associate dean at three internationally-recognized business schools: Harvard Business School, London Business School and China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
Veloso is the Dean at Imperial College Business School. His research focuses on high tech innovation & entrepreneurship. He was the Dean at Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics, where he held NOS Chair in Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Francisco also retains an adjunct appt at Carnegie Mellon, where he was a tenured Full Professor.
He was a member of the Portuguese Government Councils for Innovation & Entrepreneurship, as well as Science and Technology. He was also a member of the RISE – Research, Innovation and Science Experts High-Level Advisory Body to European Commissioner Carlos Moedas.
Murray is the professor & Associate Dean of MIT Sloan School. She is the codirector of MIT’s Innovation Initiative and Faculty Director of the MIT Legatum Center for Entrepreneurship & Development. Fiona serves on the British Prime Minister’s Council on Science & Tech and was awarded a CBE (Commander of the British Empire) for her services to innovation and entrepreneurship in the United Kingdom. She is also a member of the Ministry of Defence Innovation Advisory Panel and the European Innovation Council Joint Expert Group.
Robert Langer is a chemical engineer, scientist, inventor, entrepreneur, and 1 of the 12 Institute Professors at MIT. He is the most cited engineer in history and 4th most cited individual in any field, the youngest in history to be elected to all 3 American science academies. He also participated in founding of over 40 biotech companies including Moderna.
Cima is the David H. Koch (1962) Professor of Engineering at MIT and has served as co-director of MIT’s Innovation Initiative. He is also an elected member of the National Academy of Engineering and National Academy of Inventors, as well as a Fellow of the American Ceramics Society and recipient of the W. David Kingery Award.
Tucci is Professor of Digital Strategy & Innovation at Imperial College Business School and Co-Director for I-X, Imperial’s new campus concept centred on AI, data, and digital. He was Dean of the College of Management at Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), and a Visiting Thought Leader at CEIBS in Shanghai, China.
